Life Care Center of Estero, Florida, has been named a 2016-2017 U.S. News & World Report Best Nursing Home.
U.S. News & World Report rates centers using data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services covering health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care.
Fewer than 13 percent of nursing homes received a Best rating.
Life Care Center of Estero is one of 2,005 facilities in the country that received the Best honor, achieving top nursing home status among more than 15,000 nationwide.
“Our team is very close-knit and works well together, and we are all very pleased to have our facility recognized this way,” said Jim Breuler, executive director. “We are focused on the goal of taking care of our patients and giving them the best quality of life possible.”
